A. Unless it is specifically mentioned against the services/packages, then NO. Month to month contracts are best for you to try us out and then switch to Annual Billing Cycle whenever you are confident that we are able to meet your expectations on all fronts. Change of Billing Term is always with effect from the date on the Invoice with new billing term is generated. For example, if you continued for five months under monthl;y billing plan you cannot ask for sixth month free (which is only for Bi-Annual Prepay cycle).
Normally All Pricing Are based On:
- One Month Free For Bi-Annual Prepay. The invoice value is only for Five Months as per monthly billing cycle and sixth month is free.
- Two Months Free For Annual Prepay.
