| Article number: kb-95 | Q. How Do I Signup for hosting package?
A. (1) Click On "Create Acount" link and then complete your Customer Signup. Once you have created your account successfuly, Click Logout.
(2) On The page low down, you see "Advanced 5000" hosting package
(3) Click on "Order" graphic. This would take you to domain
registration step
(4) Select the First radio button as you are to register a domain
(5) Type inthe name that you would like to have and select extension.
Proceed to next step
(7) If the domain is available Update selection and continue to next step
(8) Do Not select anything from Available Add Ons and continue to next step
(9) This gets you to Cart stage. Here you can either select Annual or monthly payment plan for hosting. Please note that Annual plan you get two months free (ie you payonly for 10 months as compared to monthly plan). The choice is entirely yours. Default is annual. If you change plan to monthly you click Update to update the cart.
(10) Click On Checkout
(11) Login with the username and password that you created your customer account with as above earlier.
(12) Check the Terms Of Service Checkbox and leave paypal as payment method.
(13) Create the domain profile (this is what would go to Whois records of the domain)
(14) Proceed to next step and then proceed to pay through paypal
(15) After completing transactions on paypal, return back to merchant and your invoices would be marked as paid.
The orders are verified manually and processed. There would be a series of automated mails to your mail account. Please ensure that you whitelist @scorpioinformatics.com so that the mails are not trapped by SPAM Filters.
