Article number: kb-32 | Q. Why as a Reseller do i have to Buy Support Package?
A. This is because we have found that normally Resellers just overprice the service, sell few acounts and then forget the client when it comes to service. In case we get a complaint against such resellers, we intervene directly and provide all support to client and offer grace period for reseller to Buy Support package. In case resellers do not respond proactively, we cancel their account and move all clients for direct support from us. We do not wish to be associated with resellers with no knowledge of Support Issues. Do not apply to be a reseller if you do not understand the value of Customer Support.
