Q. I had initiated Domain Renewal But i got notice that domain name has expired.
A. The reasons could be one or more of the following
You waited until the last hour and chose to pay by Check. Check clearances take more than 72 Hours if you are dealing in INR through HDFC Bank(International Clients we do not accept checks and only paypal payments are currently supported).
Amount has not been credited to our account.
You initiated domain renewal after it expired already.
You did not pay for the invoice. We do not execute any orders without payments.
You paid by card but the card was not charged due to reasons best known to your card issuer.
Please open a support ticket quoting the Invoice Number of the Unpaid Invoice in your account and we shall see what can be done about the same.
