A. In Your Account at https://scorpioinformatics.com, you would see few menu items related to "Credits". These are normally applied to an account for our failure on 99.5% uptime guaranty as per SLA
These Credits Can Be used For:
- Part payment of your invoices
- Part or full payment for invoices for additional purchases
These are not encashable credits but just applied to your account as financial adjustments in line with our SLA.
