Article number: kb-25 | Q. What Is This Live Credits That I See In My Account?
A. Live Credits are credits allocated by admin to your account for any of the following reasons:
- You are reversing an order that you placed in middle of a billing cycle.
- SLA Credits (if we fail to comply by our openly publichsed SLA) on account of any abnormal outages.
- You have multiple accounts and have had a change of mind on billing cycle on few after the cumulative invoice is raised.
- You are having multiple components to your account and you want few to be downgraded to monthly billing (after the Invoice is generated by system) and rest under bi-annual or annual billing cycle.
- There was a downward pricing revision after your Invoice was generated by system but before you initiated payments.
These credits can only be used for part paying an outstanding invoice. If you have any Outstanding Invoice in you account that you are paying, then following steps are to be followed:
- Once you are on Payment Page for a given Invoice, you would see a CheckBox at Botton Apply Inhouse Credits". Select the Checkbox and proceed. This would apply the available inhouse credits to your invoice and reduce the payable amount which you can then pay through PayPal (international clients) or through paypal/INR equivalent Check (Indian Clients).
Please Note that all Invoices are system generated. It's only the credits that are applied by admin manually to an account against a Support Ticket logged to system.
