Article number: kb-34 | Q. I need emergency support for my site which is not working and was doen by someone else who is non traceable. What are your charges?
A. Please login to your account at https://scorpioinformatics.com. Then:
- Navigate to Support System from drop down menu
- Log a Ticket mentioning all the details of problems and fixes that you desire.
We shall quote alonwith expected time to execute the job on priority basis. if the quotes are acceptable, we shall raise an Invoice and after the payments are received, we shall execute the job.
If the site was done by us and something is not working, we shall do the fixing free.
